Bikes, Blues, & the Law on Protective Eyewear
It is time for the 18th Annual Bikes, Blues, & BBQ rally in Fayetteville. If you are one of the thousands of motorcycle riders on the region's roads this weekend, remember that, although drivers and passengers twenty-one and over can ride without a helmet, Arkansas law requires protective glasses, goggles, or transparent face shields both day and night. Don't get pulled over. Don't forget your eye protection.
If you are charged with a DWI or any other criminal or traffic offense, contact Autumn Tolbert at (479) 283-4688. Her office is located on the corner of Dickson Street and Block Avenue. She is available for consultations by appointment during BBBBQ.
